Added support for am/pm, Mobile friendly UI

'"amPmInTimeList": true' changes the timelist to 12:00AM-11:30PM instead of 00:00-23:30

24 hour clock goes from 0-23 not 1-24

fixed an issue with the position of the picker above an input due to the width if the picker being calculated before the width of the calendar

made it more readable

add support for am pm
set to center of window if not enough room to stick to the left side of an input
fix timelist falling under calendar (kind of hacky)
