CKeditor Upgrade for Bokeh

Go to http://ckeditor.com/download and select "let me customize CKEditor". Choose Full preset and add plugins:

• Iframe Dialog Field
• Media (oEmbed) Plugin
• SlideShow
• Youtube, Vimeo, Dailymotion plugin

Choose Moono skin.

And include languages:

• English
• French
• Spanish

Select Optimized Version.

Keep Files:

• ckeditor.php
• ckeditor_php5.php
• config.js
• core_five_filemanager
• .htacess
• this README
