* Search in All IdRef (with mode CONTAINS and mode start_with
* deduplicate and keep internal element if exists
* display in list with a from_idref class added
* add blue background for list item
* add a route add-subject for authority-suggest
* Test route
* Js createAndSelectSuggest function
