This now accept param /record_type/xxxx (see Class_Notice TYPE_XXXX
constants) to get record of type authority, bibliographic or serial.

This change due to Koha where you can have several records with same
001 (but different type).

Currently translated at 100.0% (5393 of 5393 strings)

Actually search engine rely on two indexexes:
FULLTEXT KEY `mots_notice` (`titres`,`auteurs`,`editeur`,`collection`,`matieres`,`dewey`)

FULLTEXT KEY `mots_notice_2` (`titres`,`auteurs`,`editeur`,`collection`,`matieres`,`dewey`,`other_terms`)

This commit ensure only the last one is used so the first one can be
deleted later. This produce a 2x speedup on insert / delete / update requests
