hotline#89433 : following link to .ods files leads to 404

When MINSOC posts ODT and ODS files, they can not get them back. This patch changes .htaccess to allow ods and odt files.

Je propose Sysadmin (puisque ce n'est pas vraiment du dev.) comme catégorie. Mais je ne connais pas vos catégories officielles.
