dev#160166 : CkEditor placeholders plugin

This plugin adds 2 buttons (records and articles) that print a corresponding placeholder. [newsletter_records] is replaced with biblio records linked to the newsletter. [newsletter_articles] is replaced with articles linked to the newsletter.
